Here’s a pair of shoes for all you fans of low heels, shiny heels and showgirl heels. These look a bit like something out of a chorus line, with sparkly bows and a colour-shifting fabric upper (with faux leather trims). They look like they’ll make fun dancing shoes, if you’re not keen on skyscraper heels but want to look girlie and retro.
The description says they’re purple, too, though I can’t quite tell in the picture. They seem more like a cross between purple and turquoise.
Either way, you can get them at Schuh.
I know we all loved the extra high converse boots I wrote about a while back, so now you’re all going to totally adore these. Check em out! They are knee high, they have a zip, they are black and flat and awesome but they also have buckles and straps for that extra clubby, alternative rocker look. I am totally loving the looks of these, though I’d probably change the laces from white. How I wish they’d do an all black version of these!
You know you want them. You know I want them. They’re currently exclusive to Schuh in the UK. Not sure where in the US you can get them. Feel free to comment and let your fellow vegan shoe lovers know, although Schuh do actually deliver worldwide.
Here is where these live on the Schuh site.
I really like these cute little wedge sandals. They’re very simple and not too expensive and are perfectly versatile so can be worn with any holiday outfit and give you some added retro chic charm. The addition of the woven strap is quite a nice touch and while the sole is not quite the designer wood-cut wedge of my dreams, it’s the perfect thing to wear at the beach without worrying about it too much. Actually, you can wear with to work or to a night out with similar ease.
If wedges (or black) are not your thing for some reason, you’ll be glad to know that these have a related sister show that comes in white and is completely flat. Still charming, still chic and cheap but also sweet and comfortable for walking in if you like being closer to the ground.
You can get both from Modcloth.
