Check out these hot and stylish vegan designer shoes from Olsenhaus! These guys are known as being favourites for all kinds of ethical celebs, so don’t be surprised if you see these parading on a red carpet somewhere. Of course, fake comes with a price and the price, in this case, ain’t cheap.
what can I say? If you can afford them and love your shoes, you will spend the $250 and get yourself a pair. Personally, if I were going to spend that much cash on a shoe I’d get their vegan recycled TV wedges, but if you’re looking for something for the ambassador’s reception then these are the ones.
You can get them from the Olsenhaus website, though you need to email them to buy.
As you’re reading this, I am actually in Berlin for a wedding. I have arranged for this post to come up with these fine and lovely bridal heels from Beyond Skin, before I most likely disappear off for the weekend. Aren’t they gorgeous?
Weddings must be the type of occasion when it’s hard to find decent vegan shoes to go with your dress, so it’s good to know Beyond Skin are doing a whole bridal range with a bunch of different styles to suit just about everything. The shoes are well made and the company is eco-friendly and ethical.
Take a look at the Beyond Skin site.
… And one more from Marks before we move on. Discover your inner prom queen with these posh but cheap smart high heels.
They’d look perfectly at home with an evening gown, but only cost 35 quid! How cool is that? A cheap date that looks gorgeous and totally puts out, going back to the whole prom queen thing. At least with M&S shoes, you know they’re going to last!
They come in classic black and shiny blue. I prefer the black, obviously, but you never know when you might need a pair of posh-looking vegan dressy heels.
You can get them from the M&S site.
Fresh from the Beyond Skin spring range are these totally brilliant new-meets-old banana heel lace ups. Modern enough to be relevant and retro enough to be, well, retro.
They also come in brown or black, so you don’t have to go all bridal to wear them. They are apparently hand made in Spain and they are totally gorgeous.
I absolutely love this very girlie, professional but totally understatedly sexy style, so it’s good to have a well made vegan version. Hot.
You can get them from the Beyond Skin site.
In my ongoing quest to find vegan shoes you can wear to work (if you work somewhere that requires smart shoes) but also actually enjoy wearing without feeling like you’re back at school, I occasionally come across some really nice shoes… Like these!
They are by Schuh’s own brand and are called bonbon laser. Not sure about the bonbon part, but the laser is cause the cut out pattern is laser cut.
I’m totally digging the pattern, plus I love the toe. Apart from that, they have a classic, girlie yet professional design that will be perfect for work or going out somewhere reasonably smart with your little black dress. All in all a neat variation on a traditional theme.
You can get these from Schuh.
Work shoes can be so depressing even if you wear leather, so finding nice-looking vegan work clothes that won’t make you feel dumpy or kill your feet by being cheap and crappy is not easy.
So here’s a pair of Stella McCartney smart flats that are sexy, stylish and very respectable. Work shoes you’ll actually want to wear, rather than feel that you have to.
The good news is that they are heavily discounted, as they are not this season’s. The bad news is that there are only a few sizes left on the site and they are all pretty small.
Good if you have a respectable job, hate wearing high heels (or fancy good flats too) and have small feet!
You can get these from The Outnet.
These suki side bow court shoes from Schuh are respectable enough for the office and fun enough to make you feel fashionable, rather than stuck in dull office attire.
More importantly, though, they’re pretty and retro enough to be worn outside the office with some more interesting outfits, getting my vote for this week’s simple yet useful and functional choice (unless I find a better one in the next few days).
You can get these from Schuh.
